A2A agent

Agent card: getlawed.co.za/.well-known/agent.json · endpoint https://getlawed.co.za/api/mcp/law/a2a (JSON-RPC: message/send, tasks/get). The agent is deterministic: text containing case citations or Acts is checked (skill legal_verify_citations); any other text is a library search (legal_library_search). Same keys, plans and quotas as REST and MCP.

The reply is a completed task with a text part (readable result) and a data part (the same structured data as REST). A task over quota comes back in state rejected.
